1. The LESSEE will provide a credit check report, employment letter, work visa or any other document to prove his current solvency which must be to the LESSOR's satisfaction.

2. The LESSEE will provide proof of renter's liability insurance as required by the building management in exchange for the keys.

3. The premises are considered a non-smoking area. Cultivation, production, distribution, buying and/or smoking (including vaping) of cannabis is strickly forbidden in the unit, indoors and outdoors, and in any area of the property.

4. No pets are allowed on the premises.

5. LESSEE will be responsible for the replacement of any lost key.

6. A security deposit equivalent to a month's rent shall be given to the LESSOR upon the signing of the lease. This deposit will be reimbursed at the end of the lease if the apartment is returned in the same condition it was rented the 1st day of the lease.

7. Short term location is forbidden (ex: Airbnb, booking.com, Vrbo, Homeaway, Flipkey, etc.)
